Monterey Jack

This cheese is made out of cow's milk. It was invented in California, then a guy named Jack started to mass-produce it. It was called Jack's cheese, then for some reason it is now called Monterey Jack.

Cheddar

This came from a town named cheddar in england. It has a sharp taste and is hard to kinda-hard (based on a Morgan hardness scale of measurement) and it is orange or yellow-orange.

Yum!!! Spagetti, Pasta, Cous Cous, Pizza, Salad. What do YOU think of when you hear Pamesan?(Selenas Fave) This is a good cheese. I think it is only good grated on stuff with tomatoes. Selena eats it raw. Feel free to EEWWW! She also eats it grated, baked, and cubed.

Mozzarella

Eveyone's Favorite Cheese, Mozzarella! This cheese is traditionally made from buffalo milk, but is usually made with cows milk in the U.S. It has a very mild taste, and it is very soft.
