This came from a town named cheddar in england. It has a sharp taste and is hard to kinda-hard (based on a Morgan hardness scale of measurement) and it is orange or yellow-orange.
when i was little this was me and my dad's favoritekind of cheese, i was like 3, i called it dad cheese, cheddar is awesome, it is my 2nd fav kind of cheese.
